Costello's Travel Caffé is one of my favorite spots in Portland. This cafe has a homey European feel and delicious food. Their weekly events like soccer matches, foreign film showings and local music help brighten those long gray Portland winter days. There's also travel footage by Chris Costello, the owner, playing on the two flat screen screens to inspire you and get you planning your next vacation while sipping your tea!
